Learn how to establish a foundation for a happy, creative and high-performance team to thrive in. The "High 5" model contains five different sections. Together they make space for well-being, efficiency and constant improvements.
The methods forces a groups strengths to surface as well as areas in need of improvements. When seen clearly, weak spots are easier to discuss and constructive arguments comes more naturally.
The "High 5" Model is influenced by the work of Will Schutz and Susan Wheelan. The combination with the colour domains of Red Matters makes the program unique in its way to improve communication and teamwork. "High 52 not only describes the efficiency of a team it also give practical tools for improvement and annual continuous self evaluations. This annual team evaluations has more impact on culture than traditional surveys and traditional employee dialogues.
